What do we plug ourselves into when we need “first aid” is it God or man? Is it stable or temporary?

we all have things to deal with, even myself. So this just exposed something to me as well. I think it is easy to be hurt and show someone who we care about (our partner) our wounds and beg them to fix it or use bandaid to cover it when it doesn’t help us at all.

Healing comes with acknowledgement and also a process in which we need to change how we see things and people. It is when we are able to see things through God’s eyes that we will be able to heal completely. Yes, we are human, but, we are his creation.

it’s easier to help others than ourselves. But we need to remember that in all of us, we have the choice to hurt people or not. And hurt people, hurt people

Just pause and reflect over this.
