Time is something we cannot multiply or reserve, we all have it but each person uses it in different ways. Some choose to use their time to build, create and develop the world, while others decide on the opposite. The way you use the time you have in a day can either benefit those around you or set you back for years if you make the wrong turn.
Today we have the choice to not only have a relationship with God but to also build it by spending time with Him every waking moment. In this post, I’ll go over one of the key ways we can grow in our relationship with the Lord and gradually come to understand who He is and who we are in Him.
Worship Your Way Through
Music can be a powerful tool and has been for years, it is capable of shifting our mood, changing the direction of our thoughts and even transform entire generations. It is important to take careful consideration as to what we lend our ear to or voice aloud as this can be an act of worship or affirmation in itself.
Worship allows us to connect with God in a special way. Without a shadow of doubt there is always a moment we can spare to acknowledge God’s presence, and worship Him through any ordeal we may face in life. Scripture tells us that there is a particular form of worship God is looking for in John 4:24, it speaks of worshiping God in spirit and in truth. Meaning our worship must align with both scripture and come from a sincere heart.
So let’s use our voices to sing, worship and praise the Lord and make our admiration and love for God known to the world and by doing so we’ll make a great impact and truly make a difference.
