Some days we may find ourselves knee-deep in our daily routines or caught up in our schedules to realise we may be out of line when it comes to knowing God’s purpose for the moment by moment events taking place in our life. It is crucial as a believer to recognise God’s leadership and keep our focus on Him and His Word in order to sharpen our ears to listen to the Lord’s voice.
As you read God’s word today, redirect your attention to the Lord instead of your troubles, worries and concerns. Then, continue to walk moment by moment with the awareness of God’s presence in your life, and remember to do that which pleases God rather than living to please others or yourself.
