God is in the waters,
In the crashing of the ocean’s waves,
In the stillness of the gentle stream
In the floating of the iron ship…
God is in the sunrise,
In its clement warmth,
In its loud brightness,
When all men can see their path
God is in the rain,
O hear His voice from the thunder,
Feel His might from the lightening,
For He lets heaven’s waters wash away our pains
God is in the wind,
Hear it howling and praise Him,
Let it hug you in its tender embrace
Let its tender touch make you rest in Him.
God is in us,
In the innermost recesses of our hearts,
He never leaves us
Nor would He ever forsake us
