“Donʼt worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.”
Philippians 4:6 (NLT)
Everyday we are surrounded with several voices, each one having its own thought pattern for us to cling to. While some derive from family or friends others may come from ourselves. However, there is one voice we must acknowledge above all the rest — the Lord’s voice. In Isaiah 30:21 we are told God is able to take our hand and guide us on the right path for our lives.
And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.
Isaiah 30:21 (ESV)
While our lives can be filled with chaos and confusion we must remain in the understanding and awareness that God is still in control and will offer peace beyond our understanding and He alone will guide us through the storms that are ahead.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:7 (NIV)
