When you sense something is off but, you can’t put your finger around it. Mentally you are in a calm sea, and everything is still, it is calm. But there’s this niggling feeling of emptiness.
This emptiness isn’t strange it’s the same you get when you are simply waiting. You become sensitive to things around you, ask your ears try to pick out a strange sound.
Moments of nothingness.
It’s frustrating not having time for oneself but it can be more frustrating when you have too much time but, there’s nothing to really do.
You search your mind to find something interesting but, you find nothing. You practise mindfulness yet, your mind drags you away to nothingness.
One day, you will reflect on this and appreciate the calm and serenity.
