Sorry, please, thank you.
Manners that have been drilled into some of us since primary school yet, each word is subjective.
Does sorry mean vengeance? Does it mean forgiveness? Or is it just a word?

Joel 2:13 New King James Version (NKJV)
So rend your heart, and not your garments;
Return to the Lord your God,
For He is gracious and merciful,
Slow to anger, and of great kindness;
And He relents from doing harm.

Sorry goes beyond words and is seen through actions.
It goes beyond entitlement and focuses on peace and meeting others halfway.
Many times, it is beyond us and requires great strength to do and let go.
True strength comes from forgiving and forgetting. But greater one comes from acknowledging our part in the issue and taking ownership of it.
The only entitlement I see here is owning to our wrongs and taking responsibility for our actions.

Maybe the next time you say sorry, remember the weight it carries and show it in your deeds. And let it be skindeep
