Dear God

The works of your hand are plenty yet, they do not understand your power.

They abuse the gifts that you have given to them and have turned themselves into their own Gods,

They contaminate your pure power with their lustful ways and giftwrapped their token with blasphemy.

Yet you are merciful and your judgement waits for a time.

May all see you as a God of judgement and a God who cries out for repentance. May they accept your love the way they accept the ideology of “tough love”.

May they empty themselves for you to fill them.

Most importantly God, may they find you.
