MIND’S TALES

Stories reeling in my mind
Of things that be and be not,
Ranging from the origin of mankind
To the day I’ll tie the knot…

Sometimes unspoken words are heard
In a hug, a smile, a kiss
Sometimes our thoughts are loud –
Speaking, but not from our lips

Sometimes, our thoughts are fray
And on us, they take a toll;
So take charge of your thoughts today,
Lest they stray and control.

Tell tales of silence
Hum to the tune of good conscience
Listen to the mind’s sense
Steel your soul with quiet ambience…
