Healing the pain you can’t understand

Ignorance robs us off many things while, too much knowledge makes us obsessed over small things. Each require a balance but all require wisdom.
It’s easy to focus on healing to a pain we can see, feel and touch. But, it’s difficult to do the same to the invisible ones.

I see ourselves as many pieces of a jigsaw puzzle with ever changing pieces. Some pieces have been there since infant, others appear after heartbreaks. At the end of it all, we are made up of our experienced.
But, what if we cleave to someone who has walked in our shoes and carried our pain? Would we lean on him?
As I’ve said before, ignorance robs us of many things.

I want us to first identify areas we need to be healed. Ask yourself these questions :
- What’s the pain I would like to be healed?
- Is this pain valid?
- Am I bitter towards anyone?
- Do I know how to forgive?
- How long have I had this pain?
Take your time answering it. If needs be, come back to this post and continue your reflection.
The first step to healing is identifying the pain. The next part is beginning the healing journey from the right source.
