As unpredictable as life can be, frustrations are inevitable.

We appreciate the mountains because of the vallies. We appreciate the highs because of the lows. It’s part of the process.

No matter how frustrating and tiring it can be, focus on the goal.

In this series on healing, I wanted to be real and honest about the setbacks and the roadblocks that maybe on our way. There’s no point painting a perfect picture when it’s far away from the truth

The whole point of healing should be to become a better person (a better you). And that’s only possible if you commit to the journey and don’t quit. Being realistic helps as well as seeking support when needed.

There’s nothing worse than ignoring your own cry for help.
