For with a plastic smile,
Another can be deceived –
But you can’t fool yourself

Be real with yourself,
For though, fantasies beckon,
Be careful to indulge
Or your life becomes an illusion

Be kind to yourself,
There’s enough pressure as it is
Take a moment and relax,
Then come back and win

Be careful with yourself
Lest time pass you by,
And while you try to catch up,
Your time will be up
