As we step into the ’ember’ months, it’s easy to get carried away with gifts for Christmas. It’s easy for us to ignore and neglect our key responsibilities and even our own health.
We push hard hoping that the time off in December will substitute for all the times we’ve been silent, distant and neglectful.
But that isn’t always the case. We realise that, the time isn’t enough and we regret putting our relaxation to the end.
As we begin Serenity September, let’s reflect on what true serenity is and what it looks like in our lives.
Hopefully with that we’ll be a step closer to experiencing it someday.
